Social Media Guidelines

The Qdoba Wisconsin Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages are maintained by the Qdoba franchisee, Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, and a place for you to get updates on Qdoba Wisconsin and their select Qdoba Illinois and select Qdoba Iowa promotions, find recipes from Qdoba’s culinary team, participate in contests and games, and share your thoughts and experiences or ask questions. We want our pages to be an open forum where people who love food and love Qdoba can interact with us! We want everyone to feel comfortable joining the conversation, so we’ve put together a few guidelines for keeping the atmosphere pleasant for all. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our community guidelines or a violation of these guidelines, please contact qdobamarketing@roaring-fork.com.

Community Guidelines
Respect Others: It's OK if you disagree with a comment or posting, but please be respectful and treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. This includes using appropriate language that is not hateful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive. We reserve the right to remove such comments and/or block users who violate the guidelines.

Examples of posts/comments that will be removed and/or hidden include:

  • Harassing, inappropriate, hateful, defamatory, abusive or offensive language
  • Personal attacks or threats on any person or organization
  • Vulgar images or video
  • Private or personal information
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Copyright, trade secrets, and unlawful violations

Be Specific: In posts pertaining to a customer service issue or a previous post or contest, please make sure to include specific details about the situation that will help us identify the problem and address it appropriately.

Keep it to Qdoba: Comments and posts should be directly related to Qdoba. Posts that mention or promote external websites, businesses, products, or organizations that are not directly related to Qdoba will be removed. In addition, all self-promotional posts will also be removed or hidden from public view.

Photos & Video: We love it when you post your Qdoba-related pictures and videos! When you post photos and videos, however, make sure that the content complies with the Community Guidelines and is appropriate for public view. Any posted content that is in violation will be removed.

No SPAM Please: Comments posted focusing on selling a product or service, or with the intent to inflate traffic to a particular website, will be removed.

Keep Yourself Safe: Make sure that you do not post any personal information that you do not want to be viewed by the local Qdoba fan base. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, credit card or bank account information, or anything else that you do not wish to be public. Any information posted or shared is submitted on an entirely voluntary and non-confidential basis.

In addition to our Community Guidelines, we also comply with Facebook's Terms of Service. By visiting our page, you agree to do the same.

Contest Rules
In order to keep our contests fair and fun for everyone, all participants must oblige by the following rules:

  • Winner must be 16 years  or older
  • Winner must be a resident in one of our markets in WI, IL, and IA
  • Winner cannot be a Roaring Fork Restaurant Group employee
  • Winner cannot have won a prize from a Roaring Fork Restaurant Group Qdoba location in the last 30 days
  • Winner must claim prize by replying to post within 24-hours or prize will be released

Customer Service Contact Information
If you have a customer service issue that you do not feel comfortable posting on our Facebook page, please email qdobamarketing@roaring-fork.com. When contacting us regarding a customer service issue, please provide:

  • A description of what happened and who was involved
  • The restaurant location or other location where the issue occurred
  • If you spoke to anyone from Qdoba about this matter prior to this email/phone call
  • Your preferred contact information
